How do I book an appointment?
You can book directly through our booking page. Just choose your service, preferred time and date, answer all the questions relevant to your service and add to cart to confirm your slot instantly.
Any discounts available will be automatically added to your cart.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all payment methods available via HitPay, including:

How does after-hours appointment slots work?
After-hours appointments are available by request and subject to availability.
Our standard operating hours are:
- Damansara Branch: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Appointments scheduled outside these hours are classified as after-hours bookings.
An after-hours fee will be automatically applied to your bill to accommodate extended operating time and to ensure the same high standard of professional service.

Do you offer home service? Is there an extra charge?
Yes, home service is available with an additional home service charge.
The fee varies depending on:
- Location
- Distance
- Time of appointment
Home service charges cover travel time, transport costs, setup, and professional equipment handling to ensure the same quality you receive in-studio.

Do I need to make a payment to secure my booking?
Yes. We require a 40% partial payment to secure your appointment.
This is not a separate deposit — it is part of your total service fee. The remaining balance will be paid on the day of your session.
Your appointment is only confirmed once the 40% partial payment has been received.
This system helps us:
• Reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations
• Reserve dedicated time exclusively for you
• Prepare products and customise your session properly

Are your courses beginner-friendly?
Absolutely. We offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced courses — including hands-on and e-learning options.
