This store is powered by Shopify. Personal information we collect: contact details (name, address, phone, email); payment/transaction information (processed by Shopify Payments or our payment provider — we don't store full card numbers); account information; booking and service history, including health/allergy information you share so we can deliver services safely; before-and-after photos/videos you've consented to (see our Terms of Service, Section 2.3); items viewed/carted/purchased/returned; support communications; and device/usage data.

Where it comes from: directly from you; automatically through the site and cookies; from our service providers; from partners or other third parties.

Why we use it: to take and fulfil bookings and orders, process payments, arrange shipping, provide customer support, personalise your experience, run marketing (with consent), prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with:

  • Shopify and the service providers who run parts of this store on our behalf, including booking/scheduling software, subscription billing software, our shipping and fulfillment partners (Pos Laju, J&T, DHL, and our print-on-demand/dropship partners), review platforms, our loyalty program, email/notification tools, live chat, and digital delivery/course platforms.
  • Advertising and analytics partners — specifically Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Google Analytics — to understand site traffic and show relevant ads. 
  • When you direct us to (e.g., shipping an order), and with our affiliates, or as required by law.
