We're looking for real people to be photographed and filmed at Puff Puff Beauty — your session gets featured across our website, social media, and marketing, and you walk away with content for your own page, payment for your time, and a chance to keep earning through your own affiliate code.

What This Is

This is a User-Generated Content (UGC) collaboration — a one-time paid shoot where you're photographed/filmed at PPB, with the option to keep earning afterward through an affiliate code shared with your audience.

Who We're Looking For

• Comfortable posing and being photographed/filmed on camera, including close-up shots
• Able to follow simple direction during the shoot (angles, expressions, retakes)
• Punctual and available for the full agreed session
• Based in or able to get to Petaling Jaya for the shoot
  

What You Get

• Payment from RM100 for 1 hour of your time (exact rate depends on shoot scope, confirmed with you individually), and/or a complimentary service from our menu
  Professional photo/video content featuring you, from the shoot
• Your own affiliate discount code, active for as long as you'd like to keep sharing it
  Commission on any booking made using your code (rate/structure confirmed individually)
  

What We Ask in Return

• You sit for the treatment and let us photograph/film the session
• Once we deliver the final content, repost to your Stories once (Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok — your choice)
  
• Include your affiliate code in that Story if possible
• Include an appropriate disclosure (e.g., #ad, #collab, or #gifted) in line with Malaysian advertising guidelines for sponsored/gifted/affiliate content
  

Content & Usage Rights

You agree that — as part of this exchange, and in consideration of the payment/complimentary service provided above — Puff Puff Beauty is granted a perpetual, irrevocable right to photograph and film your session and to use, reproduce, and publish these photos and videos on our own website, social media accounts, and promotional materials, without further compensation to you and without time limit.

Payment & Commission

• A refundable RM50 deposit is required to lock in your session slot, paid before the day of your session.
• If you cancel without reasonable notice, the deposit is forfeited. If you give reasonable notice before 48 hours, it's refunded.
• Once you've attended the session, completed the shoot, and posted as agreed, you'll receive RM150 total payment — your RM50 deposit is refunded to you as part of this, alongside the remaining balance.
• Commission on affiliate bookings is paid out [monthly / per booking — confirm cadence] for as long as your code remains active.

If the Story Isn't Posted

If you don't post within 14 days of receiving the final content, we'll reach out first — but we reserve the right to deactivate your affiliate code and/or decline future paid collaborations.

One-Time Shoot, Ongoing Affiliate

The paid shoot is a single, one-time arrangement and doesn't obligate either of us to work together again. Your affiliate code and any resulting commission continue independently, until either of us chooses to end it. Ending the affiliate arrangement doesn't affect the usage rights above, which are perpetual regardless.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
