The lashes were beautifully done, light, and lasted really well. Puff is very detailed and makes sure everything suits your eye shape — not just doing “trend lashes” blindly.
I also joined one of her courses and learned more than I expected. She’s very patient, explains properly, and gives honest feedback. You can tell she has years of real experience, not just teaching for money.

My eyes did not water at all! This was my first time and it doesn't hurt at all. All my friends told me that it would sting but I'd get used to it but with Qassie's glue, I didnt feel a thing! i have really sensitive eyes. Soo this was a win for me. 😁

Qassie is REALLY good at what she does — she’s so gentle & detailed that you don’t even realise she’s doing your lashes. She’s also really highly qualified - my eye isn’t the easiest to shape & she immediately knew what to do when I usually have to explain to lash artists about it. It was the first time I did my lashes where the glue doesn’t sting & I was so shocked?! If you want a wide range of lash designs + really good quality , meet Qassie! I've tried almost all of the lash shops around klang valley and I've only recently found PPB, but someone tell me why ONLY PPB has the BEST lash hairs and glue?! The glue DOESN'T STING AT ALL and the lash hairs are soooo soft. Qassie is also soo gentle, i didnt feel anything, ZERO TEARS and she's the only one out here thats able to do soo many designs that actually slays. LIKE WHY DID I ONLY FIND OUT ABOUT THIS HIDDEN GEM RECENTLY. My lashes and eyes went through soo much these few years. All those eye doctor visits could've been SAVED if i knew PPB existed all these years. 😭🥹 Now im loyal to only PPB with my eyes. ❤️

LOVE LOVE LOVE MY LASHES! No lash artist can ever do lashes on my monolid eyes that actually shows up and lifted when i look directly on people, I always had to show my lashes off from the bottom or top view. IF THIS IS YOU TOO, BOOK WITH HER ASAP. you wont regret it. SHE HAS ALL THE CURLS!

Got my lashes lifted and did my brows with Qassie and it felt like time passed by soo quick. We chatted and laughed the whole time. The whole experience was amazing. She's soo funny and easy to talk to. So don't be scared. Her work quality is the best too compared to other's work. She really takes the time, be meticulous and precise with everything she does. I LIVE FOR IT. Plus retention for both brows and lashes lasted about 2 months plus for me, reaching almost 12 weeks +

Love how we can try all the different designs before committing to one. I have never seen these in other lash studios and I really love it. The Lash Analysis is sooo good too.
