Content Creator / Ambassador Program

1. What You Receive

As a content partner, you'll receive complimentary access to 2 services selected from our full service menu, assigned or agreed with you individually as part of your collaboration. Where the service you're assigned includes ongoing maintenance (e.g., lash infills), that ongoing care is included as part of the same complimentary arrangement for as long as our collaboration continues.

The specific 2 services included in your collaboration will be confirmed with you directly and may differ from other content partners.

2. What We Ask in Return

For each treatment, we ask that you:

• Post twice on social media (your choice of Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok — let us know your preferred platform)
• Use the affiliate discount code we provide in your post/caption
• Direct your audience to puffpuff.beauty (Homepage), https://puffpuff.beauty/pages/bookppbservices (Menu) for booking
• Include an appropriate disclosure on collaboration posts (e.g., #ad, #collab, or #gifted), in line with Malaysian advertising guidelines for sponsored or gifted content

3. Photo & Video Usage

In addition to the posts you make on your own accounts, you agree that — as part of this exchange, and in consideration of the complimentary services (and any ongoing maintenance included with them) provided to you under Section 1 — Puff Puff Beauty is granted a perpetual, irrevocable right to photograph and film your treatment(s) and to use, reproduce, and publish these photos and videos on our own website, social media accounts, and promotional materials, without further compensation to you and without time limit.

4. If Posts Aren't Completed

If you don't complete the agreed postings within 14 days of your treatment, we'll reach out first — but we reserve the right to either invoice you for the standard retail price of the service provided, or decline to offer further complimentary collaborations.

5. Ending the Collaboration

Either of us can end future collaboration at any time by letting the other know. Ending the collaboration does not affect the usage rights granted under Section 3, which are perpetual and continue regardless of whether we continue working together.

6. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
