Refund Policy

All courses, eCourses, and mentorships are strictly non-refundable once purchased.

This applies to in-person courses, online self-paced programs, live Google Meet sessions, and all mentorship options. No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted after payment is made.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required after purchasing any course, eCourse, or mentorship.

This applies whether payment is made in full or through an installment plan.

Access, booking confirmation, or course attendance will only be confirmed once the total fee has been fully paid.

Rescheduling & Date Changes

Students are allowed to reschedule their course, eCourse, or mentorship up to three (3) times only.

All rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date.

Requests beyond the allowed three (3) changes may result in a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of the booking without refund.

Mentorship Sessions

Mentorship sessions are scheduled based on availability and preparation time.

Missed sessions without proper notice will be counted as completed.

Mentorship rescheduling follows the same maximum three (3) date change policy.

By enrolling in or purchasing any course, eCourse, or mentorship, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Rescheduling Policy.
