Refund Policy

All courses, eCourses, and mentorships are strictly non-refundable once purchased.

This applies to in-person courses, online self-paced programs, live Google Meet sessions, and all mentorship options. No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted after payment is made.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required after purchasing any course, eCourse, or mentorship.

This applies whether payment is made in full or through an installment plan.

Access, booking confirmation, or course attendance will only be confirmed once the total fee has been fully paid.

Rescheduling & Date Changes

Students are allowed to reschedule their course, eCourse, or mentorship up to three (3) times only.

All rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date.

Requests beyond the allowed three (3) changes may result in a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of the booking without refund.

eCourse Access

Once access to an eCourse is granted, it is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Missed live Google Meet sessions without prior notice will be considered completed sessions.

Mentorship Sessions

Mentorship sessions are scheduled based on availability and preparation time.

Missed sessions without proper notice will be counted as completed.

Mentorship rescheduling follows the same maximum three (3) date change policy.

This in-person, group lash extension course is designed for 6 - 8 participants and offers hands-on training with our experienced instructors. While video tutorials are not included, you will have the opportunity to take pointers, tips, and tricks directly from our lash artists during the live course sessions. Feel free to take notes throughout the training.

Students are allowed to freely record the tips and tricks of the course for personal use but are not permitted to record video throughout the entire class. Voice recording is allowed.

As a special bonus, our Universal Lash Mapping 101 ebook will be included with this course at no extra cost.

Please note that all payments are non-refundable. However, they are transferable up to one time with a 14-day notice.
