Service Credit

Service Credit is a prepaid beauty balance that can be used toward lash, brow, or selected retail services at Puff Puff Beauty.

It is typically issued when a booking exceeds the required minimum commitment or when clients choose to allocate value for future services.

Service Credit can only be used by:

• The original purchaser
• The client linked to the booking

❌ Service Credit is non-transferable and cannot be gifted to another individual.

Credit is stored digitally under your name

• It can be redeemed during checkout or in-store
• No physical card is issued
• Any remaining balance can be used for future appointments within the validity period

Yes.

Service Credit is valid for a stated period (recommended: 30–60 days from issue date).

Unused credit after the validity period will be automatically forfeited.

We encourage clients to book early to secure preferred appointment dates ✨

Service Credit cannot be combined with:

• Ongoing promotions
• Discount campaigns
• Loyalty reward redemptions
• Special bundle pricing

This ensures pricing remains fair and sustainable for all clients 🤍

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible while protecting the time, travel, preparation, digital access, intellectual property, and administrative resources invested into each service, course, eCourse, mentorship, and booking.

Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

Refund Policy

All services, service credits, courses, eCourses, mentorships, partial payments, and booking commitments are strictly non-refundable once purchased.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Lash and brow services
• Minimum booking commitments
• Service Credit balances
• In-person courses
• Online self-paced eCourses
• Google Meet / live online sessions
• Mentorship programs
• Installment-based enrollments

Once payment is made:

• No refunds
• No cancellations
• No cash exchanges
• No transfers to another individual (unless explicitly stated)
• No chargebacks will be entertained under any circumstances

Any attempt to initiate a payment dispute or chargeback after agreeing to these terms will be treated as a violation of this agreement.

Service Credit Policy

Service Credit is:

• Non-refundable
• Non-transferable
• Not exchangeable for cash
• Not valid with promotions, discounts, or loyalty redemptions

If a booking requires a minimum commitment (e.g., RM100) and the selected service is below that value, the remaining balance will be issued as Service Credit.

Unused Service Credit after its stated validity period will be automatically forfeited.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required upon purchase unless an official installment plan is offered.

This applies to:

• Services
• Courses
• eCourses
• Mentorships
• Booking commitments

If payment is made via installment plan:

• The client remains responsible for the full agreed amount
• Access, attendance, or certification may be suspended if installments are not completed
• Failure to complete installment payments does not qualify for cancellation or refund

Enrolment, seat confirmation, access to materials, or appointment confirmation is only secured once required payment has been successfully received.

Rescheduling & Date Changes

We understand that genuine scheduling conflicts can occur.

For Beauty Service Appointments

• Clients may reschedule ONCE at no charge
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required
• Additional reschedules may incur a rescheduling fee
• Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of partial payment or Service Credit

No-shows will result in automatic forfeiture of the booking commitment.

For Courses, eCourses & Mentorships

• Students may change their course, eCourse, or mentorship date up to a maximum of three (3) times
• All date change requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date

Any requests beyond three (3) changes will:

• Require an additional rescheduling fee, OR
• Result in forfeiture of the booking without refund

Access to digital materials, once granted, cannot be revoked and is therefore non-refundable.

Forfeiture Clause

Failure to:

• Attend scheduled appointments
• Complete installment payments
• Show up for confirmed sessions
• Adhere to booking timelines

May result in:

• Suspension of access
• Loss of seat
• Forfeiture of payment
• Cancellation of future booking privileges

Without refund.

Policy Agreement

By purchasing, booking, enrolling, or making any form of payment, you:

• Acknowledge that you have read and understood this entire policy
• Agree to all terms stated above
• Confirm that you understand payments are final
• Accept that no exceptions will be made beyond what is outlined
