To qualify as an infill:

• You must have 50% or more of your extensions still intact
  
• Lashes must be clean and free from mascara, oil, or buildup
  
• No foreign product stuck between lashes (If not, your appointment may be upgraded to a full set.)

Book an infill if you notice:

• Gaps or sparse areas
  
• Grown-out lashes lifting your lash line
  
• Uneven density
  
• Lash curl no longer matching the original shape
  

We recommend scheduling before week 3 to maintain premium retention.

We will assess your existing lashes to ensure they are safe, clean, and compatible with our products.

If the previous work is unsafe or poorly applied, a removal + full set may be required.

• Clean lashes daily with lash-safe cleanser
  
• Avoid oils around the eye area
  
• Sleep on your back when possible
  
• Avoid rubbing or pulling
  
• Brush your lashes gently once or twice a day
