7.1 How Monthly Subscriptions Work
By purchasing a monthly subscription with Puff Puff Beauty, your subscription renews automatically, and the payment method on file is charged on the 1st of every month. A 10% discount applies to your first order only — all subsequent monthly charges are billed at the full listed price.
7.2 Minimum Commitment
Monthly subscriptions require a minimum commitment of your initial order plus three (3) recurring billing cycles (four charges total) before cancellation becomes available without an early-cancellation fee.
7.3 How to Cancel
Once your minimum commitment period is complete, you may cancel at any time through your customer account or by contacting us directly; cancellation takes effect from your next billing cycle.
If you cancel before the minimum commitment ends, you'll need to settle the remaining billings for the committed term, plus a cancellation fee of RM 50–150 depending on how many billing cycles remain — this reflects our reasonable administrative cost of processing an early cancellation, not a penalty. Cancellation becomes official once that payment is received in full.
7.4 Refunds
All subscription payments are final. No refunds are issued for unused sessions or months, partial cancellations, or dissatisfaction with services already rendered, without limiting your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (see Section 1.6).
7.5 Disputed Charges
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback does not cancel your subscription. You remain responsible for the full committed term regardless of any dispute raised with your bank or card provider. By subscribing, you authorise Puff Puff Beauty to charge your payment method on file for the duration of your committed term.
7.6 Late Installment Payments
A late payment on an installment plan may incur an additional RM 50 charge for every 14 days it remains overdue, as reasonable compensation for the administrative cost of following up on late payment.
7.7 Rescheduling Bundle/Subscription Sessions
- You may reschedule or push back a session up to three (3) times per calendar year.
- Each reschedule must stay within two (2) consecutive months of the original appointment date.
- Rescheduling beyond either limit means the appointment slot is treated as forfeited (reflecting the cost of the slot reserved for you), without refund or credit.
- Unused sessions don't carry over past your subscription's validity period, except where we approve an exception for special circumstances.
7.8 Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Where a change is material, we'll notify active subscribers (e.g., by email) before it takes effect. Continuing an active subscription after that notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
