• A friend or family member as a gift

• Choose a gift card value
• Complete payment online
• The gift card value will be stored digitally
• Redeem it during checkout or in-store for your appointment
• No physical card needed ✨

Yes!
Gift cards are transferable and can be gifted to friends or family.
Once gifted, the recipient simply uses the gift card for their own appointment.

Gift cards are valid for a stated period (e.g. 3–12 months, depending on your policy)
Loyalty Points and Bonus Gift Cards may have a shorter validity of 2 - 3 Months.
We recommend booking early to secure preferred dates 💫

Gift cards cannot be stacked with:

• Ongoing promotions
• Discount campaigns
• Loyalty reward redemptions

This helps us keep prices fair and sustainable for everyone 🤍

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible while protecting the time, resources, and preparation invested into each service, course, eCourse, and mentorship.

Refund Policy

All services, courses, eCourses, and mentorships are strictly non-refundable once purchased.

This includes:

• In-person courses
  
• Online self-paced eCourses
  
• Google Meet / live online sessions
  
• Mentorship programs
  

Once payment is made, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be entertained under any circumstances.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required upon purchase, regardless of whether the payment is made via:

• Full payment
• Installment plans
• Enrolment, access, or seat confirmation will only be granted once the total course fee is fully paid.
• Failure to complete installment payments may result in suspension of access or attendance until payment is settled.
  

Rescheduling & Date Changes

We understand that genuine scheduling conflicts can occur.

• Clients may only reschedule ONCE for free. After that an additional rescheduling fee will be added automatically on to your final bill without prior notice.
• Students are allowed to change their course, eCourse, or mentorship date up to a maximum of three (3) times.
  
• All date change requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled start date.
  

Any requests beyond the allowed three (3) changes will:

• Require an additional rescheduling fee OR
• Result in forfeiture of the booking (no refund).

Policy Agreement

By purchasing or enrolling in any service, course, eCourse, or mentorship, you:

• Acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy
  
• Agree to all terms stated above
  
• Accept that no exceptions will be made beyond what is outlined
