We design your colour lashes based on the exact shade, style, and effect you choose.

After checkout, our team will contact you via WhatsApp/email to confirm:

• Your desired lash colours (from our in-stock colour chart)
  
• OR pre-order custom colours if you want a very specific shade
  
• Your colour placement (inner/outer pops, full colour, half colour, etc.)
  
• Inspo photos
  
• Any lash strips/clusters you want us to colour-match
  
• Mapping style, curls, and layer placement
  
• Choice of colour effects
  

Production only begins after you approve the final colour & design preview.

We can custom-create almost any colour lash style, including:

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a message within 24–48 hours.

We will ask for:

• Colour inspo photos
  
• Any strip/clusters you want us to replicate
  
• Your preferred length range (e.g., 7–15mm)
  
• Single colour / mixed colour / ombré placement
  
• Any personalised requests
  

We then craft your design and send it to you for approval before production.

After your order, we will confirm:

• Lash curl(s) you want
  
• Whether you want mixed curls or a structured curl pattern
  
• Layering style based on your inspo
  
• Colour placement per curl (optional)
  

A preview mock-up will be sent to you before we proceed.

Within 24–48 hours, you will receive:

• A message from us
  
• A form to submit:

1. Colour inspo photos
2. Mapping preferences
3. Lash curl
4. Length range
5. Colour placement (ombre, solid, blend, etc.)
6. Any special requests
   

• We then prepare a Colour Lash Blueprint and send it to you for approval.
• Nothing begins until you approve.

Custom colour lash designs require 3–10 business days depending on:

• Colour complexity
  
• Pre-ordered shades
  
• Ombré or multi-colour effects
  
• Special textures (feathered, holographic, etc.)
