7-Day Warranty Infill Policy

We offer a one-time complimentary warranty infill within 7 days of your original lash extension appointment to ensure your set settles perfectly.

This warranty applies only if:

  • The appointment is booked within 7 days from the original service date
  • There is excessive or uneven lash shedding not caused by external factors
  • Aftercare instructions were followed correctly

Warranty infills do NOT cover:

  • Normal lash shedding
  • Poor aftercare (oil products, rubbing, sleeping on lashes, steam, swimming, mascara, lash curlers)
  • Hormonal changes, illness, medications, or oily skin
  • Client dissatisfaction with style choice (this is not a redesign)

⏱️ Warranty infills are shorter sessions and focus only on replacing lashes that have shed prematurely.

After 7 days, the appointment will be charged as a standard infill.

What does the warranty cover?

  • Uneven or excessive lash loss not caused by aftercare
  • Lashes that shed prematurely due to retention issues

What does the warranty NOT cover?

  • Normal lash shedding
  • Poor aftercare (oil products, rubbing, steam, swimming, sleeping on lashes)
  • Hormonal changes, illness, medications, or oily skin
  • Style change or redesign requests

When must I book the warranty infill?

The warranty infill must be booked and attended within 7 days of the original appointment date.

Is this a full infill or new set?

No. Warranty infills are short correction sessions, not a full infill or new set.

Who approves the warranty?

All warranty infills are subject to artist assessment and approval.

Refund & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible while protecting the time, resources, and preparation invested into each course, eCourse, and mentorship.

Refund Policy

All courses, eCourses, and mentorships are strictly non-refundable once purchased.

This includes:

  • In-person courses
  • Online self-paced eCourses
  • Google Meet / live online sessions
  • Mentorship programs

Once payment is made, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be entertained under any circumstances.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required upon purchase, regardless of whether the payment is made via:

  • Full payment
  • Installment plans
  • Enrolment, access, or seat confirmation will only be granted once the total course fee is fully paid.
  • Failure to complete installment payments may result in suspension of access or attendance until payment is settled.

Rescheduling & Date Changes

We understand that genuine scheduling conflicts can occur.

  • Students are allowed to change their course, eCourse, or mentorship date up to a maximum of three (3) times.
  • All date change requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled start date.

Any requests beyond the allowed three (3) changes will:

  • Require an additional rescheduling fee OR
  • Result in forfeiture of the booking (no refund).

By purchasing or enrolling in any course, eCourse, or mentorship, you:

  • Acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy
  • Agree to all terms stated above
  • Accept that no exceptions will be made beyond what is outlined
