Keratin Lash Lift Warranty Touch-Up Policy

A one-time complimentary touch-up is available within 5–7 days after your keratin lash lift only if the lift result is uneven or did not take properly.

This warranty applies only if:

  • The touch-up is booked within 7 days of the original service
  • The issue is due to product processing, not aftercare
  • Lashes were not exposed to water, steam, saunas, or eye rubbing within the first 24 hours

Warranty does NOT apply if:

  • Aftercare instructions were not followed
  • Lashes are naturally resistant or previously over-processed elsewhere
  • The client requests a stronger curl purely based on preference

⚠️ Touch-ups are done at the artist’s professional discretion to protect lash health.

What is the warranty touch-up?

A one-time complimentary touch-up within 7 days if the lash lift did not process evenly or take properly due to product-related factors.

What does the warranty cover?

  • Uneven lift
  • Lashes that did not lift due to processing issues

What does the warranty NOT cover?

  • Aftercare negligence (water, steam, rubbing within 24 hours)
  • Resistant lashes
  • Requests for a stronger curl based on preference

When must I book the warranty touch-up?

Warranty touch-ups must be booked and attended within 7 days of the original service

Who decides if a touch-up is safe?

Touch-ups are performed only at the artist’s discretion to prevent over-processing.

Refund & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible while protecting the time, resources, and preparation invested into each course, eCourse, and mentorship.

Refund Policy

All courses, eCourses, and mentorships are strictly non-refundable once purchased.

This includes:

  • In-person courses
  • Online self-paced eCourses
  • Google Meet / live online sessions
  • Mentorship programs

Once payment is made, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be entertained under any circumstances.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required upon purchase, regardless of whether the payment is made via:

  • Full payment
  • Installment plans
  • Enrolment, access, or seat confirmation will only be granted once the total course fee is fully paid.
  • Failure to complete installment payments may result in suspension of access or attendance until payment is settled.

Rescheduling & Date Changes

We understand that genuine scheduling conflicts can occur.

  • Students are allowed to change their course, eCourse, or mentorship date up to a maximum of three (3) times.
  • All date change requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled start date.

Any requests beyond the allowed three (3) changes will:

  • Require an additional rescheduling fee OR
  • Result in forfeiture of the booking (no refund).

By purchasing or enrolling in any course, eCourse, or mentorship, you:

  • Acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy
  • Agree to all terms stated above
  • Accept that no exceptions will be made beyond what is outlined
